New Features!
1. One, central contact phone number allows you to reach a live operator at any time! Call 844-495-0177.
2. You’re now able to self-manage your password in ServiceTracker. If you click the Forgot Password link
on the front page, the system will send you an email so you can reset your own password! From inside
the system, you can click the gear in the top right to update your personal information, including your
password.
3. The system has spell check available throughout the most often-used text fields. Just like most
applications you’re used to, it underlines mis-spelled words in red.
4. The application is web-enabled, and designed to display properly on any type of screen!
5. You have a cleaner, easier to use menu that gives you easy access to what you need!
6. A more modern interface lets you start typing your selection or choose from a drop-down menu.
7. An Emergency Ticket checkbox – use it any time of day, but call 911 in case of fire, flood or life safety
issues!
8. Add an additional email to be notified when the ticket is closed – just in case!
