1 Welcome The Partners and Staff of KPMG welcome you to the Cayman Islands! We are looking forward to hosting you at the Cayman Alternative Investment Summit (CAIS). Now in its fourth year, CAIS brings together leading thinkers and decision makers from different segments of the global alternatives industry. The Summit has quickly grown to become one of the most influential discussion forums within the alternative investment space. Since its inception in 2012, the main focus of CAIS has been to convert challenges into opportunities and create businesses of enduring value. The panels of experts discuss and debate current issues the industry faces and design responses that will take it to its next level of success. As the Summit draws to a close on Friday, February 17, 2017, we look forward to hosting you at the Legends Tennis that same evening. Who will attend?

Industry leaders in the alternative investment industry space will gather for this event. Institutional investors, private investors, asset allocators, fund managers, service providers, academics and regulators will benefit from attending this discussion forum.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the limited availability of spaces for the conference, the delegate fees are non-refundable.

Can my partner or guest attend one of the dinners, functions or sessions?

Due to venue limitations all Cayman Alternative Investment Summit functions are for delegates only. The Legends Tennis event has separate tickets available for sale, but sold out early for 2016’s event. More information on the Legends tennis website www.legendscayman.com.

What is the conference attire?

Suggested attire for the conference is business casual. The keynote attire is business. Dress for the Legends Tennis event is Caribbean casual.

Can I record the sessions or take photographs?

Photographs can be taken by approved Cayman Alternative Investment Summit photographers only. The sessions will be videotaped and selections from the sessions will be available on our website after the conference. Absolutely no personal photographs or audio/visual recording is permitted.

How do I get to Camana Bay on Friday evening for Legends Tennis?

Majestic Transport will be operating shuttles to and from the Kimpton Seafire on Friday afternoon/evening. These shuttles are free of charge for all delegates. They will drop you off by the entrance of Festival Green and will be available to drop you back off at the Kimpton at the end of the night.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Conference?

Yes, please obtain a pass code from the event registration desk.

There are a number of flights to Grand Cayman’s Owen Roberts International Airport from the major carriers including Cayman Airways, American Airlines, British Airways, United Airlines, US Airways, Delta, Continental, JetBlue and WestJet.

What is the nearest airport?

Owen Roberts International Airport, Grand Cayman (GCM) is the nearest and only airport – approximately 10-minute drive away. We recommend Islands Air Cayman’s meet and greet airport service, as well as Majestic Transport, (345) 949 7773, as modes of transportation to the Ritz-Carlton.

How can I access the CAIS mobile app?

What do I need to access the tennis court for Legends Tennis?

Please keep the Tennis ticket that will be provided to you by the organizers during the registration at the CAIS conference. Your conference delegate pass will not grant you access to the Legends tennis.
