The Caveator states that they have issued a charge sheet dated

03.05.2013 to the proposed Complainant and has after conducting a

departmental enquiry dismissed the said proposed Complainant from

her services vide their letter dated 20.09.2013.

The Caveator apprehends that the Proposed Complainant above-

named is likely to file a Complaint of Unfair Labour Practices before this

Hon’ble Court and press for ex-parte Orders without giving any

opportunity or proper and valid Legal Notice as required by Law to the

Caveator by misleading and misguiding this Hon’ble Court.

The Caveator therefore prays that no order be passed against the

Caveator above-named without giving sufficient, proper, valid and legal

notice and opportunity to the Caveator above-named. The Caveator has

already furnished the copy of the Caveat by Registered Ad post to the

Proposed Applicant above-named.

was pleased to pass an order dated 26.02.2010, dismissing the

closure dated 8.06.1998. The Caveator states that pursuant to the said
