The Caveator states that they have issued a charge sheet dated

03.05.2013 to the proposed Complainant and has after conducting a

departmental enquiry dismissed the said proposed Complainant from

The Caveator apprehends that the Proposed Complainant above-

was pleased to pass an order dated 26.02.2010, dismissing the

Complaint (ULP) No. 232 of 1998 filed by the Proposed Applicants

challenging the closure of the undertaking of the Caveator vide notice of

closure dated 8.06.1998. The Caveator states that pursuant to the said

order the closure of the Caveator has come into effect and the services

of the Proposed Applicants stand terminated. The Proposed Applicants
