When you click on [Log in], the screen to the right

Main MenuMain Menu

The Main Menu is the

starting point for all selections. Clicking on

[]Operations will move to

the Operations

Menu.

The Operations Menu has the primary action for daily operations. []Get Number will randomly assign Causes/cases and []Manually Set Number will allow authorized uses assign a Cause/case to a specific court.

The user picks a Filing

type, fills in the Styling of

the case, adds/corrects

any other data and

clicks on [Get Number] to

have the case assigned and

to create a Cause

number

The user with appropriate authority may also assign a particular Cause/case to a specific court using the

[]Manually Set Number option off the Operations Menu

selection of user-defined criteria

Clicking on the [Other Reports] button will display other reports which have

been added to the system

the system

supported by the

District Clerk

The Filing window set the details

for the creation of the Cause

Number

The Staff window

sets User ID,

password and Menu

allows viewing and

reprinting of all Log

entries

The []Manage Other Reports] option lets an unlimited number of new reports be added to the systemYou can even set the order in which the new reports

display

Finally, you can set up the criteria used for random selection of the various courts and mark certain Log

records not to be considered in the assignment of a new Cause/Case to a particular court
