Our experience of machined components and tooling allows us to provide a knowledge based solution to meet all our customers requirements. We supply a range of method documents, work holding techniques and documentation to support our CNC program data. Axis 1 Solutions can supply on site Manufacturing Engineers to work on a ‘Program & Prove Out’ basis and support all manufacturing activities up to and including CMM programming and first article inspection.

Axis 1 Solutions provide dedicated project managers to work closely with our manufacturing engineers and as an integral member of our clients own engineering team. Dependent on our clients requirements, we drive projects through both design and manufacturing phases. Our project managers can integrate into customer teams for the life cycle of the project or for as long as the customer requires. All projects are tracked and reported in project relevant formats.
