Please note: If possible, it will be best if students travel individually to rehearsal camp. For those traveling together as a group – if anyone in the group tests positive for COVID, everyone in the group will have to return home because of exposure to a positive case.

During Camp and Tour All students’ temperature will be taken each morning. In addition to taking temperatures of students, the

adult leaders will be observing for any of the following symptoms: o Fever of 100.4 or greater o Cough o Shortness of breath o Fatigue o Muscle or body aches o Headache o New loss of taste or smell o Sore throat o Congestion o Nausea or vomiting o Diarrhea

Face coverings should be worn while indoors as well as when social distancing is not possible. Mississippi Baptists will provide face coverings for rehearsals; each student will be required to bring their own masks for times other than rehearsals. Students should also bring extra face coverings. (recommended at least 2 per day)

All students should practice social distancing where possible. All students should wash hands and sanitize hands throughout the day. Hand sanitizing stations will be

provided at each activity. All students should not share food or drinks. All students and adult leaders are expected to comply with all COVID-19 guidelines.

What You Can Expect From Mississippi Baptists: Mississippi Baptist Convention Board will provide hand sanitizer and hand washing stations. Mississippi Baptist Convention Board staff will follow the same protocols as detailed above. Mississippi Baptist Convention Board will provide a “quarantine” area for any student or adult leader

that begins showing symptoms. Mississippi Baptist Convention Board will not cover any cost for testing or transportation if a student

must be sent home. Mississippi Baptist Convention Board will notify all students and/or their parents or guardians if there is

a positive test at the activity or after the students return home. What We Expect From Students and Chaperones:

Students are expected to follow the above guidelines. Communicate to parents and other potential visitors that outside visitors will not be allowed. Communicate to Mississippi Baptist Convention Board any student or adult leader who test positive

within 48 hours of departure from camp. If a student or adult leader develops symptoms, report to camp leadership immediately. If a student is quarantined the chaperones will be responsible for caring for him/her. (parent
