The CWL Diocesan Bursary Applications are now available in the Cathedral of Mary Immaculate Rectory as
well as at the back of the church. The Bursary application has recently been revamped and the policies have been
changed. Please note that the bursary is open to any one who meets the criteria and whose mother or grandmother is a
CWL member in the Nelson Diocese. The applicant no longer has to reside in the Nelson Diocese. The due date of
completion and submission of the application form has been changed. The Bursary must be received on later than De-
cember 31 by Fran Sutherland at 2145 Bealby Point Rd., Nelson, BC V1L 3E2. If you have questions, please call Fran
Sutherland at 250-352-3350.
Farewell Mass for Bishop-elect Bart van Roijen: A farewell Mass for Bishop-elect Bart will be celebrated by Bishop Gregory Bittman on Sunday, November 10 at 7:00pm at St. Charles Garnier Parish in Kelowna. There will be refreshments after Mass in the parish hall. Every-one is welcome!
