Corrosion Resistance Arrangement (938H-962H)

• Corrosion package machines will be sourced out of CBL• Designed for corrosive environments such as fertilizer plants, chemical

industries, agriculture and salt water ports • Industry unique factory treatment• More protection of all machine components which can be affected by

corrosive materials• A four-stage special paint process provides a paint thickness which is more

than two times the thickness of the standard paint, giving the machine extraresistance against corrosion.

• Front hoses are treated with heat shrink tubing.• Silicon protection applied to electrical terminals and exposed bolts to

maximize component life.• Anodized metal accelerator pedal.• Heavy-duty 24V/95A sealed alternator. • Cooling cores receive a corrosion resistant treatment prior to assembly.

Corrosion resistant (e-coat) coating applied to engine, radiator, hydraulicoil cooler, transmission oil cooler, and air conditioner condenser cores.
