General Information ORDERING Orders may be placed via: phone, email or on line @www.WoodlynsCatering.com. We appreciate your order as far in advance as possible and recommend 24-48 hours prior to the day of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.

MENU As a full service caterer, we are pleased to work with you on menus suited to your needs. Feel free to inquire about additional menu items that do not appear on our website. We also understand that there are many allergies and dietary restrictions, and we can assist with providing solutions to accommodate special dietary needs. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free meal options.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received after 3:00pm prior to the day of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled on the day of delivery will be charged in full, including those cancelled due to inclement weather. Orders consisting of specialty menu items or menu items requiring 24-48 hour notice must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the day of delivery, or they will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

DELIVERY We require a 30 minute delivery window for daily catering orders. Delivery fees are charged based on delivery location/proximity to our catering kitchen. Weekend and evening deliveries are subject to availability and may require an extended delivery window of 45-60 minutes. Weekend orders must be placed 72 hours in advance and evening orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.

PRESENTATION All orders are presented on/in disposable black trays and bowls. Hot entrées are presented in disposable chafing racks. All necessary plate ware, napkins, silverware, and serving utensils are provided complimentary with each order. Eco-friendly plate ware and silverware can be provided upon request at an additional cost of $1.50 per person. Woodlyn’s Catering can also provide upscale chafing dishes, upscale presentation, linens, china, glasses, silverware, tables, chairs as requested for an additional fee. Feel free to contact a catering representative and request a price quote for your event.

EQUIPMENT PICK-UP If you event requires non-disposable equipment, such as upscale chafing dishes, upscale cater ware, insulated coffee equipment or cold beverage dispensers, these items will be picked up within a 48 hour period after the day of the event. Until pick up has taken place, the equipment is the responsibility of the company/person placing the catering order. A replacement fee will be charged to the company, if there is any missing or damaged equipment.

PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, and Cash payments (driver does not carry cash to make change). A 50% deposit is required on orders over $500.00, which can be waived for Corporate Clients approved for credit. Corporate Accounts are only available by completing an account application and providing a valid credit card number to keep on file.
