MIC-78 / FM-78

The chain MIC A-78 is a chain conveyor used in the timber industry. The sidebar is made from one piece to increase its strength. The MIC-78 B model is different from its flat top. Models FM-78 A or B are identical except for the width between the sidebars of 1,875 "instead of 1,030."

ROLLERS CHAINS (CC5)

The roller chains are designed to exceed the rollers in the chain and allow the chain to operate on a surface. The chain called CC5 is used in the automotive industry and mining. It allows the support of a burden on top of its higher sidebar. These models are available in several sizes and heights.

HOLLOW PIN CHAIN WATER TREATMENT CHAIN

The chain for water treatment are built to work in the water. It uses appropriate heat treatments on parts to reduce wear and corrosion.

Chains hollow rivets allow training by using rods that pass through the rivets in the chain. These channels are used in particular by slaughterhouses. All models are manufactured by CATENA CHAIN.

STAINLESS STEEL CHAIN

The stainless steel chains are made from SS316 for sidebars and 17-4 PH for round parts with heat treatment by aging for high resistance to wear. All grades of stainless steel are also available as needed.

Chain conveyor stainless steel which has been fitted with seats UHMW (plastic) screwed on it for an application of training.

We have at our disposal a CNC lathe, a conventional lathe, several digital milling, a hydraulic brake, a hydraulic press multifunction, several presses up to 100 tons, a shear and a welding shop. We also have a specialized system for connecting industrial chains as well as a system riveting cold or hot.
