Our Heritage

M.R. Conic Foundation Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A.“A New Beginning – An Independent

Living Community”

Approximately 50 years ago, the Women’sMinistry of COCHUSA had a vision to build a “Home For The Aged”. Who knew that they wereforecasting the market trends for the new millennium.

Extended life expectancy has greatly increased thedemand for long term health care services. In 2000,about one in eight Americans were 65 or older; by2030, it is estimated that approximately one in fivewill be age 65 or older (if the Lord should tarry). That’s 20% of the total population!
