Anti-Syphon Tank Insert

Simply push insert into the body of the tank neck. Insert will ‘click’ into position once barb enters the open tank space. Barb ensures retraction of the insert is not possible, and therefore a hose or other syphon device can’t be placed into the tank for subsequent fuel removal. (Part Number details Page 15).

Tank Neck Thread Restorer

- Remove existing cap from existing Neck, inc chain. - Clean existing neck thread thoroughly with lint free

cloth to remove any diesel residue. - Test Restorer onto neck thread to ensure ease of

fitment. Clean Neck thread if necessary. - Clean Neck Thread again with Acetone based

cleaner and Lint free cloth. - Bead Loctite 480 or equivalent around Restorer’s

Female thread. - Within 30 Seconds of Loctite 480 application, screw Restorer onto Tank Neck until tight.

- Remove any excess Loctite 480 off with a clean rag.

- Feed chain back through neck and tighten Cap back onto Male thread of Restorer. (Part Number details Page 15).

Using the highly absorbent perforated PVA chamois is a perfect way to avoid unsightly water marks, whilst the super soft Microfibre cloths are ideal to achieve a professional detail look all over (supplied in a 5Pk).
