Tecnoresina Vernici TECNORESINA VERNICI is born in the first years ‘70, thanks to entrepre-neur Giovanni Fazi’s intuition which is devo-

VitrificationThe epoxy coverings specific for the alimentary field destined to the vitrification of the tanks con-taining alimentary substances what wine, drinka-ble water, oil and grain, necessarily have to answer to the specific requisite that are regulated by Euro-pean Directives.

The epoxy coverings, once dried and comple-tely polymerized, should fall in the plastic mate-rial group and it is conforming and certified ac-cording to the D.M. 21/03/73 and subsequent amendments.

One of the last innovations for the inside vitrifica-tion of the tanks, are the application of coverings free of aromatic amines, warm applied with spe-cial bi-mixer machinery with retroactive control of the parameters of job.

For all the other coverings not to direct contact with alimentary substances, that obligatorily have to subject to the CE 852/2004 regulations, con-cerning to the hygiene of the alimentary products (H.A.C.C.P), Tecnoresina proposes solutions that allow an easy sanitisation and a good resistance to aggressive substances, the impediment of the accumulation of dirt and the formation of con-densation and mould.

In the context of the treatments for the passive protection to the fires, Tecnoresina proposes also the application of fire-resistant and intumescent varnishes able to withstand not only to the most elevated temperatures but also to prevent and to limit the diffusion of the flames.

Tecnoresina in base to the law n. 257 of the 27.03.1992, execute with really specialized personnel and with their own means, the recovery of coverages in cement asbestos through the solution of the encapsulation, with water-proofing cycles employing elastomeric coverings single-components with characteristics of elasticity and resistan-ce to the acid rains, to the temperature changes, to the mould attack and UV rays, necessary to assure adherence and cohesion.

The firm intervenes on the same normative of law, also through the application of a layer of bicomponent foamed polyurethane , overpainted, spray applied with an high technology machinery, that waterproofs and it contempo-rarily isolates the coverage in asbestos leaving the same characteristics of elasticity and resistance. The encapsula-ting coverings are certified according to the actual normative and they allow to avoid the onerous removal of the plates of eternit.
