Parke Piano Strings & Materials is a family owned and run business, started in Australia over 50 years ago by my father, Len Parke, whose family had been involved in the piano industry in England. Dad built the machines that I, Lou, still use today to manufacture piano strings. Dad handed the business down to myself and my wife Alisa, and we have been running Parke Piano Strings & Materials since 1981.

The piano strings are manufactured using traditional methods and to the highest standards.

We make every effort to provide the industry with efficiency and integrity and look forward to your custom.

We aim to ship materials and odd strings within 2 working days of receipt of order. Sets and partial sets of strings will normally take a little longer, but we will always try to meet any delivery requirements you may have.

pAYMeNT & cRedIT TeRMS

Payment may be made by Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX). Credit terms for regular account customers are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We regret that we cannot afford to carry accounts which regularly exceed 30 days. Non-account customers will be asked to pay with a credit card at time of purchase, or the goods will be sent C.O.D.

MINIMuM oRdeRS

Although we have not set a specific minimum order amount, we ask customers to appreciate that orders for less than $25 or $30 worth of goods are un-economical for us to process.

Unless otherwise requested, goods will be sent Australia Post. Items that we cannot supply immediately will not be back-ordered unless requested, but we will attempt to notify you when we are in a position to supply these items.
