Controller with CO2 Sensor - NDIR C02 Sensor for detection of carbon dioxide content in rooms with variable occupancy
Measuring rangeThe C02 measuring range is 0 ... 5000 ppm. A section of this value is converted using two parameters to 0 ... 100 %, which is then shown on the display, for example 300 ... 2500 ppm is equivalent to 100 ... 0 % (air quality) or 0 ... 100 % (pollution). The Modbus also shows the absolu-te value in ppm. The parameters are set by direct entering in the Modbus registers. The default values are 0 % ... 350 ppm (clean air), 100 % ... 2500 ppm (highest pollution).
Auto-calibrationThe precision of the sensors may be reduced by trans-port vibrations and ageing. During operation, the sensor continuously monitors the minimum measurement and assumes a drop in the C02 concentration to the level of concentration in the outdoor air (400 ppm) at least once every 8 days. The lowest measured value is assig-ned a concentration of 400 ppm. The auto-calibration algorithm does not work in a case where the room is occupied continuously, or no drop in the concentration occurs (for example, greenhouses). In such case, it is possible to deactivate the function by direct entering in the Modbus table. In default settings, auto-calibration is active.

PropertiesThe EPP Pipe System is an innovative, self-supporting system resistant to moisture. It uses a unique connecting principle thanks to which its installation is quick and clean. The pipe system fulfils the requirements of EnEV 2009 for insulation of the air channels in the ventilation system and is installed as a substitute for spiro pipes. The pipe system is available in sizes of DN 150/210. The pipe itself is made of two parts. Thanks to material with a high-density material and thickness of insulation, it has excellent thermal insulation properties.
InstallationInstallation must be done in compliance with the provisions of the building regulations of the given country. The manufacturer’s product warranty is two years, which applies to defective material.
UseUsed for intake of fresh air and extraction of spent air between the outdoor environment and the recuperation unit. It is designed for use in the interior environment. The insulating pipe system is designed for up to 200 Pa and is air-tight. We recommend using max. 375 m3/h. We recommend use of melting wire to shorten the pipe.
Caution: The latch must be installed horizontally. The pipe must have hangers at distances of min. 1 m.
The pipe system is self-supporting according to DIN 4102-1 with material class B2.

Flexible Plastic Pipe DN 90/DN 75 AB
The PE Flexible Plastic Pipe for HVAC systems built using composite pipe technology according to ČSN 61384-24 ensures transport of air during its exchange with low pressure loss. The inner wall of the pipe has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal protection. Coil 50 m.
The flexible plastic pipe can be used for supply of air to and removal of air from rooms using central devices for control of the ventilation of swelling spaces.
Outer PE-HD layer (green), inner PE-LD layer (transparent or dark grey) + anti-bacterial and anti-fungal additive
PE is resistance to almost all media (alcohols, fats, mineral oils, propellant fuels). The PE structure is disrupted only by high-oxidation acids.
The pipes of given nominal diameters fulfil the requirements of ČSN EN 61384-24. Pressure test 450N. Anti-bacterial test done according to ČSN EN ISO 846:98, method A, C.
