Operation temperature for purified water is from 5to 50. For operation with different type of liquid,please consult us.
Operation under excessive load may reduceoperation life of motor and pump. In event of motorstall immediately turn off power supply to avoiddamages.
Parts and/or materials replacement made byunauthorized operator may damage pump andreduce its quality. Bearings are lubricated for lifeand additional lubrication is not required.This product is not shockproof resistance. Drops or
excessive shocks may damage sensible parts likeeccentric cam.
Pump should be operated within the specificationsdisplayed in the datasheet. Pump is not water andexplosion proofed and for no reasons should beoperated in such environments. Especially do notuse in corrosive and chemically aggressiveenvironments such as chlorine, sulfur,cyanoacrylate, silicon gas, etc. Do not load pumphousing with heavy materials.
Motor housing temperature may reach hightemperature whie loaded operation. Do not touchmotor during operation or soon after stop.
Correctly connect tubing to suction and exhaustnozzles as displayed on the pump head (arrowmark). Make sure that tubing is inserted competelyto the nozzles. Tubing size from ID3 to 4 mm isrecommended. In case of tube removal, turn offpump and remove tubing from suction nozzle first.Turn on the power to expel the liquid insidecompletely and then turn off again and removetubing from exhaust nozzle.
Each single unit is thoroughly inspected before ship.In event of unconformity claim is necessary, contactNamiki immediately after unpacking. Namiki willaccept no claim for the products used, abusivelyhandled and manipulated by user side unless thecause of failure is clearly imputable to Namiki'sdefects in material or workmanship. For details referto "Warranty notice" separte document.
Operating voltage range is different on model.Please refer each model manual. ElectricalConnection: Please correctly connect the motor topower supply, red lead wire to positive and blacklead wire to ground.Please refer driver manual forconnection between 7039 and its driver. In case ofmodel using brushless motor, white lead wire is FG(Frequency Generator) output provides three pulseper motor revolution.
Do not operate pump or immediately turn off inevent of unordinary noise or smell and if water hasbeen dropped on the motor housing.

This product should be stored at 205 RH of60%. Do not store in corrosive and chemicallyaggressive environments. If stored long period,brake-in is required before operation until flow ratestabilized. In case of pumping problem clean thevalves by injecting purified water into nozzles beforeoperation. During cleaning avoid ropping water tothe motor housing.
