DIVIDING PARTITIONS PANEL PARTITIONSThe set of partitions is made up of monolithic panels with different thicknesses, and they are free-standing.

They are assembled together with hidden aluminum proling.

Our Q-doorsare specially designed for

Clean Rooms with top quality materials.

DOORSThe doors are free-standing. They are supplied as a compact frame/door block. The doors are ready to beinserted into the partitions, or ia prole ttings attached to site walls.

The frame is built with extruded aluminum proling, with ery resistant 6063 alloy, which is white lacquered.It is attached to the oor and to the panel/partition, offering good sturdiness. The frame and door set hasno visible fasteners, except for those needed for the lock, in order to make it easier to maintain.

The leaves of the doors are sandwich panel, consisting of two 3 mm phenolic resin sheets, for greater impactresistance than the panels.

The core of the leaes is insulation made of EPS, PUR, PIR, WR, etc. depending on the offer.

We hae a wide ariety of dimensions and models: simple doors, double doors, sliding doors, roll-up doors,etc.

The edges of the leaes are framed with lacquered aluminum proling, thus attaining good impact protec-tion.

The hollow for the latch and lock is blind, so as to prevent communication with the inner cavity of theframes proling.

We hae a magnetic lock model that allows for a cleaner nish without interstices.

The hinges can be hidden hinges or surface hinges; both are adjustable.

Air leaking through the door does not create any problem for attaining overpressures set by internationalstandards.

INFLATABLE JOINT DOORS

We can supply and install watertight doors with an inatable seal all around the perimeter, mounted on astainless steel perimeter frame. It includes an electro-pneumatic regulation and control panel.

INTERLOCKS IN THE DOOR

In order to limit airborne contamination through doors, the doors may be equipped with electro-mecha-nical locks, in order to prevent simultaneous opening of the two doors. In that way, a pressure cascade canbe guaranteed.

We hae different options, such as:

Electric lock, solenoid bolt, pneumatic bolt, magnetic suction cup.

Door status detector, warning lights, mushroom head push-button for emergency opening, automation forintegrating several doors with exits for centralized control.

ACCESS CONTROL

It is possible to include an access control and to integrate it into the rest of the buildings access control.We use any model on the market, and we integrate it into our control, in order to manage the interlocksin the SAS.

AUTOMATIC RETRACTABLE HERMETIC SEALING

To improve the airtightness of normal swing doors, we have the option to include an automatic mechanismin the lower edge of the door, which is made of aluminum and has a seal of high performance silicone, whichabsorbs uneenness of up to 20 mm. Automatic leeling for uneen oors. Parallel descent.

The ceiling to be installed can be continuous without isible proling, or modular with isible proling.

Longitudinal joining.Without isible proling in modulation of 1,200 mm.

Cross joining.This can be avoided by using panels of one single piece, if there is an elevation diagram andif the panels can feasibly enter the rooms.

Support.Depending on the light between supports and on the load. Steel cable tensioners are installedin the upper part.

Walk-on.We have the option of a walk-on ceilingboth the modular type and the continuous typetomake maintenance work easier in the facilities, electricity, air conditioning , uids, etc...

Smooth surfaces.The panel does not have any type of ribbing or edges on the side that is exposed tothe clean area. On the side of the false ceiling, it may be ribbed depending on the trafc needs and on thenumber of facilities. The meeting point with the ertical enclosures will be made with a cured prole for-ming a scotia with a 50 mm radius In PvC or aluminum.

Tightness.All the ceiling gaskets, including those of all the facilities included in it, are properly sealed withelastic fungicidal material that is specically for Cleam Rooms.

Manufacturing of ceiling sheets.These are also made with sandwich panel model CR-80, of lacque-red steel plate with polyurethane foam padding, or rock wool.

The outer layer is made up of continuous galvanized steel sheets, which is made by the Sendzimir proce-dure based on a process of dipping in a molten zinc bath, attaining a maximum degree of adhesion of thecoating, Lock-Former quality of 250 gr./m2 double sided, with a thickness of 25 microns on both sides. Achemical treatment with chromic acid completes the antioxidant protection process.

For subsequent lacquering, the plate is subjected to a degreasing, passiating and priming process, to nishcontinuously painted, in accordance with European food type legislation.

The automatic water shower cabin RLM - 650 - Pass Through,

is specially designed to be a barrier to entry and exit from contro-

lled contamination areas.

The fully automated cabin helps entry and exit of personnel in bio

safety laboratories, animal facilities, and SPF areas. The equipment

is designed according to all European safety standards and has CE

marking. The shower is mounted on a self-supporting frame that

allows an easy installation. Also is possible a quick adaptation to

cleanroom construction systems, or any other modular construc-

tion. The shower has glass doors locked with unlock security sys-

tems from inside and from outside of it. The cabin has a ventilation

system, formed by fan system and electrical heating, which guaran-

tees the drying cycle after completing the shower stall.

Different Shower cycles can be programmed by setting time and

water temperature. A purge system ensures that the temperature

coing out of the shower heads is congured on the ccle.
