SASTAVNICA:

In our production program, we can offer you the closet for central heating system.

This kind of closet is a result of long-term planning and development. Thanks to our

knowledge and experience, we managed to recognize the demand in the market, and

to properly develop this product, which is widely accept in our and foreign market.

We produce these on the TRUMPF Punch Laser machine, which enables us to

answer your demand in very short time. Ending product is of equal quality. Closets

are being produced in 10 different standard types from CIV-200 to CIV-1500. We

produce according your dimensions and standards.

Material used in production is zincous sheet, 1mm thick. Closets are shipped in white

color, but we can produce in any dimension, in any color, depending from the

customer’s request.

4. Water drainage systems Rainline

4.1. Horizontal Gutter

Appliance:

It has been used in construction metal sheet industry, and it serves for rainfall collecting

Gutter is set up horizontally at the end of roof by using gutter holders (hooks)

Material:

Metal sheet, thickness: 0,50 – 0,70 mm

Cooper, zincous, aluminum sheet

Zincous sheet is available in colors, according to the RAL system for all materials

Characteristics:

Horizontal gutters can be shaped as half rounded and squared gutters, depending from the

customer’s request Developed width of sheet usually is 280 or 330 mm, but it is being produced in other widths

at the customer’s request

Half rounded gutter is being produced in infinite length, while the squared gutter is produced

only in length of 8 meter

Product life is 20 – 25 years, while the product life for cooper gutter is infinite

Highly resistant to all weather conditions, with minimum exceptions, and can handle a quite

weight (snow, ice).

4.2. Hook – Gutter Holder

In construction metal sheet industry, the hook represents the gutter holder, which is

screwed at the wooden or iron construction. We made them from different materials

(zincous steel sheet, prepainted zincous steel sheet, zincotit (titan and zinc), copper)

and in different sizes. We produce Hooks with the tools developed by our team of

engineers, based on our experiences and knowledge. We have built in the

parameters of increased mechanical resistance into the production line of hooks.

Attention has been given to the corrosion protection, and high mechanic resistance,

so that the gutter can burden enough load (weight) thanks to the hook’s strength.

Every hook is being zincous after the mechanical production, and then it is varnished

at the electrostatic base.

Copper sheet 5 x 25 mm

4.3. Kettle

The Kettle is accommodated for the connection of half rounded gutter RS 280 and

333 with drainage pipes with diameter of 80, 100 and 120 mm in all combinations.

Appliance:

Used for connection of vertical and horizontal elements

It is just being tacked to the gutter without any connection devices or elements.

Material:



Zincous and aluminum sheet is available in colors, according to the RAL system for

all materials.

4.4. Drainage Pipe

We produce the pipes in lengths according your need and in all colors

It is used for drainage of rainfall water

It is set up vertically in respect to the gutter position

It is tighten with the pipe holders

Rounded and squared pipes are produced in 6 meters lengths

Product life is 20 – 25 years, while the product life for cooper pipes is indefinite.

4.5. Pipe holder

In construction metal sheet industry, the pipe holder is screwed at the wooden or iron

construction. We made them from different materials (zincous steel sheet, prepainted

zincous steel sheet, zincotit (titan and zinc), copper) and in different sizes. We

produce Pipe holders with the tools developed by our team of engineers, based on

our experiences and knowledge. We have built in the parameters of increased

mechanical resistance into the production line of pipe holders. Attention has been

4.6. Knees

4.7. Gutter Ending Element

Ending element, used in closing gutter’s sides. It is made of the identical sheets as

the gutters. Dimensions are gutter adjusted.

4.8. SNOWFENCE

We produce Bramac, Tondach, Creaton and other snowfences according to the

customer's demands.

They stop snow-drift from roof. It is being hooked for the roof, and screwed for the

roof. Optimal interval between two snow fences is 1 meter.

Prepainted galvanized steel; Thickness: 1,1 mm

4.9. Right angle – Inner and outer

It is used for the connection of horizontal gutters at the inner and outer edges. It is

produced in two types, 280 and 330 mm from the same materials as gutters,

according to the same RAL system.

5. Roofing support elements

Roofing support elements are produced from flat sheets in same quality and color as

roofing sheets. Their function is to protect particular roof places where it is not

possible to do it with regular roofing sheet. All of these elements are produced in

different shapes, dimensions and colors by our own machinery.

6. Trapezoidal profile mounting Connection Accessories

6.1. Rider – sealing connector

We produce so called riders, which are being use as a connection holder between

trapezoidal profile (insulation panel with the trapezoidal profile, or classic profile) and

the screw.

Material:

Metal sheet 0,5 mm + PE foam.

( on the picture you see the screw, too). The Rider

comes without the screw.

7. SNAP LOCK SHEETS (profiles)

This kind of tile sheet is used for covering facades and ceilings. Sheets used in

DAMPA production are highly resistant to corrosion and bad climate conditions.

Thanks to the special way of small, invisible elements used in DAMPA construction,

the DAMPA itself has attractive and modern design when applied on buildings.

Beside the usage as facade, it is ideal for covering roof edges that is under roof

spaces.

DAMPA is made in different sizes; 125 – 320 mm (width) depending from customer's

need.

8. Traditional tile sheet

Best choice for roofing all kinds of buildings, from little houses, to larger industrial and

residence buildings is traditional tile sheet. Tile sheets offers 100% resistance to

water and wind. Standard covering width of tile sheet is 1.1 meter, while length

depends upon customer’s choice.

9. Trapezoidal profile sheet

Trapezoidal profiled sheets manufactured by Civic Ltd, are an excellent choice for

roofing various types of buildings. They are especially convenient for roofing

industrial halls, where these types of sheets are widely used. These tile sheets can

be used, either as facade tile sheet, or as roof covering tile sheet. The main

characteristic of TREND tile sheet is its trapezoidal sheet profile which gives extra

strong durability, toughness and resistance to heavy weight.

Trend tile sheets are in our offer in several types, depending from how high the

building is, varying from T - 25 to T - 40.

Beside the usual appliance of trapezoidal tile sheets, the sandwich type is most often

used as an internal profile for roofing or as a two-sided facade cladding, dependingon customers' esthetic requirements. This way of usage is very efficient in the roof

and wall term isolation.

10. Polistyrene – styrotherm

EPS (expanded polystyrene, Styropor) is an insulator which has been optimally

proven on roofs, walls, ceilings, floors, living and office-buildings, schools, hospitals

and cold storages for many years. This extraordinary economical insulator rapidly

reduces heating costs.

We offer polistyrene in standard sizes and thicknesses, and also according
