The BASIC version has been designed for those customers who look for professional lab equipment at a very competitive price.

The cooled incubators (ST) and refrigerators in the BASIC version feature aluminum interior and powder-coated sheet housing

(RAL 7035) with a graphite (RAL 7016) front panel. This combination of construction materials maintains the quality of the

equipment and guarantees an attractive price.

The COMFORT version is ideal for those customers who appreciate high quality products, reasonably priced. The inner chamber is made

of smooth stainless steel (to DIN 1.4016) being a great advantage. The external housing can either be constructed of a powder-coated

Cooled Incubators (ST), laboratory refrigerators

The PREMIUM version equipment is produced of highest quality materials, mechanically and chemically resistant. It features an

acid-proof stainless steel (to DIN 1.4301) interior. The external housing can either be constructed of a powder-coated sheet

(RAL 7035) with a graphite front panel (RAL 7016) - PREM, or polished stainless steel - PREM/S. Additionally, the ST units

are equipped with class 2.0 temperature protection system to DIN 12880 to protect the samples.

The PREMIUM TOP+ version is comprises of all the features of the PREMIUM version with advanced programming possibilities.

Constructed of an acid-proof stainless steel (to DIN 1.4301) interior and a powder-coated sheet (RAL 7035) with a graphite front panel

(RAL 7016) - PREM, or polished stainless steel - PREM/S housing, the equipment includes a large, full colour LCD touch screen,

Windows CE system and remote control via Ethernet. The temperature values can be displayed on the screen in a tabular or graphic

form. There are also adjustable ramps and hold at set point times, individually for each program segment. The TOP+ version can store

up to 20 user programs, each of up to 100 temperature-time segments. The Admin function allows to manage Users and set up access

policy. Additionally, for ST units in standard, maximum temperature is +70°C. Moreover, the units in TOP+ version are equipped with

temperature protection class 3.3 for ST and 3.2 for CHL to DIN 12880 (see page 67).

Thanks to the photoperiodic (FOT) and phytotron (FIT) systems the simulation of day and night is

possible. The FOT option allows the lights to be turned on or off, while the FIT option additionally

enables intensity control.

The photoperiodic (FOT) and phytotron (FIT) systems allow day and night simulation. While the FOT

option enables to turn the light on and off in a program, the FIT option can additionally control the

light intensity. The system is designed for cooled incubators in the STD version and the

phytotron system for the TOP+ version.

panels inside the chamber (standard light colour: 840 daylight).

The FIT P version includes 1 over-shelf panel and sockets to

allow installation of extra panels if required (to be ordered

The user can choose the light colour and intensity for each program segment. The colour modules can be combined, e.g. far red with

blue. Dimming allows to set the required level of intensity. This flexibility provides specific light selection for each plant.

The LED modules are long-life – after 25000 operating hours they still feature 90% of the nominal efficiency. The unique optics

ensures uniform light distribution for each plant. The LED technology also emits very little heat which helps maintain precise

temperature inside the chamber.

RT 2014 data logger

The new generation of RT data loggers enables continuous measurement of temperature and/or humidity

values in thermostatic equipment (thermostatic chambers, incubators, refrigerators, freezers, etc…),

as well as in the air.

In case of temperature increases beyond acceptable range (set by the User) or in case of power failures,

the RT 2014 logger can send SMS notifications to selected phone numbers.

The following notifications are available:

RT 2014_1T – single channel logger for temperature or humidity measurement and registration with GSM module, for one temperature

sensor or one humidity sensor

RT 2014_2T – double channel logger for temperature or humidity measurement and registration with GSM module, for two temperature

sensors or for one temperature sensor and one humidity sensor

RT 2014 monitoring system complies with requirements of

Sanitary-Epidemiological Stations on vaccines storage conditions.

All available alarms ensure safe and proper storage of significant value vaccines in refrigerators.

Temperature fluctuations beyond acceptable range not only can cause financial losses,

but also health and life threat for people who undergo vaccinations.

ACID PROOF STAINLESS STEEL – worktop made of steel grade OH18N9 (AISI 304, DIN

1.4301). High mechanical and thermal resistance. Possibility to order worktop with marine

edge.

DURCON – worktop made of epoxy resin. This material has monolithic and ideally

homogenous structure on the whole thickness. It characterizes very low permeability, high

resistance on high temperature, hardness comparable with stone and without stratification

or fractures. DURCON is highly resistant to most acid and other chemical compounds and

used in laboratory works as well as discoloration which is the result of pigment. Available

thickness: 19 or 25 mm with or without marine edge.

QUARTZ-GRANITE CONGLOMERATE – worktop made of quartz-granite conglomerate with

polyester resin. This kind of worktop characterizes high mechanical resistance and smooth

surface. Possibility to order also marine edge worktop. Thickness: 20 mm.

MAX RESISTANCE – laboratory worktop made of pressure laminate. It consists of hard black

core (manufactured as a result of pressing of cellulose fibres in high pressure and

temperature) which is covered both sided with layer of special paper and melamine resin.

LAMINATE – worktop made of chipboard covered on the outside with layer of HPL laminate.

Because of its limited chemical and physical resistance, laminate worktops are applicable

mainly as tables under apparatus, subsidiary tables or laboratory desks.

MONOLITE CERAMIC – this worktop is homogenous in the whole section, glazed with very

high chemical resistance (except HF acid) and mechanical. Possibility to order flat or with

Used in futher tests chemicals were covered on the surface of the tested sample of the material with the glazed surface to slow down the evaporation processIn the case of volatile reagents, soaked cotton was placedon the tested sample of the material and it was covered with the glass lid.The test had ran for 16 hours; then the surface of the tested sample of the material was washed with water and the soap, then dried. The above table shows the test results.
