“SAFETY” fittings are different from those on the market for the type of closure that avoids the accidental unfastening during normal operation and for the progressive hydraulic sealing system that decreases the wear and tear of the sealings and that is adaptable to the small dimensional tolerance variations of the couplings. The hydraulic block (not mechanics) ensures a high number of couplings and is suitable for couplings of the most important brands on the market. All this makes it a state-of-the-art product suitable for the hardest operational conditions and for the current strict personal protection legislation. Tested one by one for a perfect hydraulic tightening, these fittings are especially suitable to be used in aseptic rooms as for example the white rooms of the biomedical, pharmaceutical and food sector. Thanks to a coloured nut, the inlet circuit can be easily differentiated from the outlet ones without using expensive coloured pipening.
“SAFETY” FITTINGS DESCRIPTION

Take away the incoming pressure from the pipe and open the
outgoing valve. Take the pipe n. 4 and push it towards the male n.1, till it stops,
using approx a force of 3Kg.
Take away the incoming pressure from the pipe and keep
open the way out. Take the pipe n. 4 and push it towards male n. 1 till side n.
3 is disappeared (picture n.3), at the same time take the
nut n. 2 and draw the fitting (picture n.5).
Hold the nut n. 2 and move back the pipe n. 4 slowly
Verify that the side n.3 has gone out of the nut n. 2 for proper coupling.
Close the outgoing valve, give pressure again, and then re-open the outgoing valve.
