TASTING NOTES: Well-layered with violet reflections that recall its youthfullness.Intense nose with red-fruit aromas typical of tempranillo. In the mouth it is lingering and balanced.

TASTING NOTES: Of light yellow colouring with a hint of green iridescence. A white, floral aroma. The palate is fresh, enticing, and very rounded.

ALMA DE BACO JOVEN 2011

ORIGIN: D.O. Rioja.

GRAPE: 90% tempranillo 10% garnacha 12,5% ABV.

TASTING NOTES: Intense red color with a shade of violet gleams. The tasting is nice, with licorice notes. The ripe of tempranillo predominates in it, with subtle acid senses which give to the wine vibrancy and joy.

CAPACITY: 0,75 cl.

RAMIREZ DE LA PISCINA RESERVA 2005

ORIGIN: D.O. Rioja.

GRAPE: 100% Tempranillo.

TASTING NOTES: Deep cherry red colour with red violet hints at the ring. At the nose, it is powerful, displaying a range of aromas going from toasted oak to red and dark ripped fruits, jam prune over a balsamic background. It is balanced, rounded and jamy with elegant and well integrated tannins of fruit and oak.

RAMIREZ DE LA PISCINA CRIANZA 2008

ORIGIN: D.O. Rioja.


TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby red with a pale violet rim. On the nose the characteristic Sonsierra red fruits combine with touches of spicy wood. In the mouth it is tasty, spicy and structured, with hints of vanilla and coffee and a good balance between wine and oak. The finish is long with a pronounced back taste.

RAMIREZ DE LA PISCINA GRAN RESERVA 2001

ORIGIN: D.O. Rioja.


TASTING NOTES: This is a fantastic, concentrated, velvety Rioja, with a deep-ruby-red colour and a golden rim showing a touch of age. A powerful blend of aromas from the spicy oak tannins and the poly-merised tannins of the Tempranillo grapes. This is a full bodied wine, well-balanced with silky tannins and hints of vanilla and cocoa.

TASTING NOTES: Bright, straw-coloured yellow. Stone fruits aromas, lime and wild reminiscences. Nice body, fresh and gentle mouth, with an acidity that glazes the whole and invites immediate tasting.

TASTING NOTES: Notes of peaches,rapidly evolving to dried herbs this aromatic experience finishes on a note of glazed citrus fruits besides the distinct characteristics.

GRAPE: 100% Brancellao. 14% ABV.

TASTING NOTES: An exclusive varietal wine made of 100% Brancellao grapes, A Costiña has been aged in oak barrels under the most exigent controls for 9 months. sweet aromas, like red fruits marmalade and liquorice, with recalls of violet flowers and al-mond tree flowers. In the mouth it has an adequate sourness and a well integrated tannin with a long end and mineral aftertaste.

NOTES: 100% direct distillation of sugar cane into a traditional EGROT copper still, continuous distillation and wood-burning stove are the keys to keep the quality of our rum intact, afterwards rum ages in oak barrel.

TASTING NOTES: Rich and aromatic in nose. Hints of Agave and Cachaça. Sweet and gentle sugar cane aftertaste.
