Vital Sutures is part of the surgical line of UNILENE, together with the Polypropylene Meshes

The knots of Polydioxanone sutures must be done approximately for the security level desired.Place these sutures for long periods of time, under the vaginal mucous, could develop into an irritated area.The sub cuticular sutures, must be placed so deeply as possible, to minimize the normal erythema associated to the absorption.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Raw Material: Animal Collagen, derived form either the serosal layer of beef (bovine) or the submucosal fibrous layer of sheep (ovine) intestines.Natural and Absorbable Material. Obtained from the conjunctived tissued from the intestinal walls of the selected mammalian .Fiber treated with a coat of chromium salt, which help to resist the action of the organic liquids, allowing a greater permanence in the body.Multifilament twisted, brown color.Absorbed by Fagocitosis.

Our meshes “BIOMESH” are surgically used like means of support and retention in the repair of hernias, face reinforcement and in the reconstruction of toraxic wall.

The polypropylene monofilament meshes are characterized by its high degree of flexibility which allows an excellent manageability, to accommodate and to reinforce the tissue defects, adapting perfectly to the movements of the patient.
