Tempi di consegna:

Gli accordi relativi ai periodi e date di consegna sono specificati nella conferma di ricezione dell’ordine.

In generale, se il prodotto è disponibile, i tempi di consegna sono pari a 48-72 ore lavorative.

In caso di personalizzazioni e/o modifiche, i tempi di consegna variano dai 15 ai 30 giorni lavorativi.

Condizioni di vendita:

Salvo qualora siano stati convenuti dei prezzi fissi, o salvo altra disposizione scritta, il Cliente acquista i prodotti

ai prezzi del listino in vigore alla data della conferma di ricezione dell’ordine di acquisto.

Salvo diverse disposizioni e/o accordi scritti, il Cliente è tenuto a partecipare alle spese di spedizione

che saranno pari a € 15,00 per la spedizione da 1 a 4 articoli e € 20,00 per la spedizione da 5 o più articoli.

Al superamento di € 500,00 di imponibile, le spese di spedizione saranno gratuite.

Reclami in caso di difetti

I diritti del Cliente in caso di difetti sono soggetti al fatto che il Cliente abbia esaminato e documentato

fotograficamente i prodotti alla consegna e notificato per iscritto eventuali difetti

entro otto (8) giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti. I vizi occulti vanno notificati per iscritto negli

stessi termini dopo la loro scoperta e con dettagliata descrizione e documentazione fotografica degli stessi.

Delivery time:

The agreements relating to the periods and delivery dates are specified in the Order receipt confirmation.

In General, if the product is available, the delivery time is equal to 48-72 working hours.

In case of customizations and/or modifications, the delivery times vary from 15 to 30 working days.

Conditions of Sale:

Except where fixed prices have been agreed, or subject to other written provision, the customer buys the

Complaints in case of defects
