COMPANY PROFILE

VPR 4X4 was formally incorporated

in1998 in Venezuela S.A. the main objective or

mission statement for our company is as

follows:

Be the top of the class in desing and

manufacturing of bumpers and accessories for

Off-road use.

The dedication and effort put forth by

the team in pursuing the stated goal has

resulted in the following accomplishments. A

steady increase in sales and more importantly

the acceptance of our products by off-roar

enthusiasts globally

to better serve the increased

demand for our productos. in 2009 we opened

a second operation VPR4X4 in Miami, FL to

focus on sales and manufacturing of selective

products, this location also serves the U.S and

Global Markets

At the moment we have 30,00 sq. ft.

of manufacturing space in Venezuela and

23.880 sq. ft. of contracted space in the U.S.

A very important part of our growth

has been due to the selective network of

distributors, strategically placed around the

world and of more importantly our customers.

VPR4X4 SALES CHANNELS

We offer three different

avenues to purchase our products:

1. The First choice is via a Dealer as

they usually carry stock of the most

popular models in their region.

In addition they can give you the end

user a closer personalized attention.

2. secondly, we are building a global

network of Distributors. Within their

geographical area they can assist with

the sale of products in case we do not

have a Dealer nearby. The Distributors

are also empowered to growth the

network within their territory. Should

there be interested in becoming a

dealer.

3. Factory Direct. Anyone interested is

welcomed to contact our ofce and will

be glad to quote any of our products.

Should there be a Dealer or a

Distributor nearby in your request will

be forward to them for follow up.

VPR4X4 PRODUCTS SPEC.

As with all our Products,

ASTM A36 Steel is used in the

construction of the bumpers with

additional reinforcement built in the

base and winch area.

The nished bumper is then

chemically treated to eliminate oils and

any trace of rust that may exist in the

bared steel. Once cleaned a layer of

powder epoxy primer is electrostatic

applied to the bumper and completed

with a nal layer of black texture

powder coated.

VPR4X4 FRONT ULTIMA Bumpers are designed and manufactured to enhance

the vehicles lines and safety. Many of our front bumpers have been tested and found to be

ADR-69 complaint.

As with all our products, ASTM A36 Steel is used in the construction of the

Additional design features built into the bumper are mounting base for VPR4X4

VPR4X4 FRONT RALLY BUMPER

FRONT RALLY Bumpers are designed and manfactured to enhance the VPR4X4

vehicles lines and safety. Many of our front bumpers have been tested and found to be

ADR-69 complaint. Additional care has been given to the design of the Raly bumpers with

the integration of aggressive angles that allows the driver better maneuvering in the most

challenging terrains.
