Interpretation Tips:

• Requirements are always in RED or GREEN.

• Refer to the “+” or “-” sign to identify complete or incomplete sub-requirements instead of the “Select From” line.

• Use the legend at the bottom of the audit.

The student must sign the Request to Change of Catalog Term/Year.

All forms should be delivered via campus mail or by a departmental or dean’s office representative to the iCAP Staff; Potter Hall 237.

Processed exceptions are noted at the bottom of a student’s audit.
