NICKEL ALLOY

General Thyssenkrupp Materials Oil & Gas specilizes in the supply of the Nickel Alloys used in the most demanding applications. Through our global network of in-house metallurgical resources, we provide forged, rough-machined and fully-tested products to meet our customers‘ specific needs.

Among the toughest structural materials known.

Non-ferrous metals with high strength and

toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, and

superior elevated temperature properties.

Commercially pure nickel has good electrical,

magnetic, and magnetostrictive properties.

Nickel alloys are useful in applications that require:

• Magnetic properties • Corrosion resistance

• Wear resistance •

• Strength at elevated temperatures

Grades stocked in UK are:

• Alloy 718 (API & AMS) 1.00’’ to 12.00’’

• Alloy 625 NACE 2.00’’ to 10.00’’ • Alloy 725 1.25’’ to 3.5’’ • Alloy 925 for Forgings • Alloy 825 for Forgings

Forged/Machined shapes: Rings, flat bars, bored bars, stepped forgings
