When everything has been optimized at Phase 2, a 2D assembling drawing is submitted to the customer for

technical evaluation.

Phase 3: Prelimnary Mold Drawings

After having received or agreed with Customer the shrinkage, injection machine and other part specific needs

a 3D file of the steel is started.

Phase 2: Mold Orders

All 3D, 2D files and technical specifications are carefully studied and evaluated.Phase 1: Quotations

4PTools4PTools has a standard and optimized way to manage all the information received

from Customers, immediately at the Quotation stage. Until the shipment of the

molds or production runs, “Intensive communication towards Customer” is the Key

Rule:

When steel is ordered an MP Planning file is created and uploaded into our Website’s Customer Private Area

with digital pictures.

Phase 4: Mold Construction

FOT is performed to evaluate / validate the mechanics of the mold for P/L quality and checked for accuracy of

the critical dimensional / functional areas. We provide to the customer the following: Samples, a Molding

Conditions Report, and an Improvements Report , and any other actions to be undertaken.

Phase 5: FOT & Reports

Upon request, dimensional reports can be supplied for each sample. Phase 5 reports are included in each

shipment of samples. Free Trials are done until corrective actions have been made.

Phase 6: Trials & Reports

Because of our unique organizational structure, 4PTools can provide you with pre-production and mass

production of semi-finished products.

Phase 7: Pre-Production & Mass Production

Independent of the conditions agreed upon, 4PTools offers a wide range of Express Transport options for

shipment worldwide in 24 to 72 hours.
