In 1930 my father began a carpentry shop in Meiste, Germany. His inventiveness and high expectations of the quality of craftsmanship in his products were the seed from which our present-day company developed. A few growth rings later we now offer comprehensive product systems for floors, walls and ceilings. We are firmly rooted in our market. And we continue to be guided by my father's principles, such as respect for our natural resources - for example at MEISTER we never use tropical woods. And we take care to preserve resources in the processing of the materials.

Added to this is the responsibility we feel for the place where we work. MEISTER's production is one hundred percent German. For decades we have been the dependable workplace for many families in our region. And we are investing in the future with apprenticeships and

professional development, new production techniques and continuous improvement in our product range. These are yet more reasons why we have grown so consistently and so continuously.

Cork flooring

Cork is a natural material taken from the self-renewing bark of the cork oak. Applying

great care and all our experience we use it to create flooring which, apart from being

visually appealing, offers tangible comfort in the form of “foot warmth” and an elasticity

which is beneficial to the joints. All of which makes this flooring a perfect choice for the

home. Our cork flooring is also ideal for commercial areas with moderate wear thanks

to its durable surface.

Environmentally Friendly Varnish Seal

Our cork fl ooring’s environmentally friendly Duratec Pro varnish seal is especially durable and easy to care for. The “Pro” in this fi ve-layer Duratec varnish composition stands for a high abrasion resistance and a high level of robustness. The entire composition consists of formal-dehyde-free, viscoplastic and UV-hardened acrylic varnish. This acrylic varnish is ecologically non-harmful. It caters for hygiene, easy-care and long-life.

What makes MEISTER MEISTER – Innovation

MEISTER's list of innovations is long. Over 200 registered patents and registered designs demonstrate how good we are at coming up with new ideas. We invented the integrated sound-absorbing cushion and thus quiet flooring. The HDF middle layer gives our floors more stability and helps to preserve valuable stocks of real wood. The Masterclic Plus installation technology with patented end connection system makes it possible to carry out simple floating installations of our floors without full surface bonding. All of this has set the standard for the whole sector.

But this is not enough for us. Our inventive spirit never sleeps. This, too, is a part of our company's long tradition. Innovation means doing old things in new ways. This is what I demand when developing new products, new systems and new designs. If we want to stay as we are, we have to constantly change.

Sometimes a very simple idea is all it takes: for example, we wanted to provide an extra long laminate plank with no repetition in the decor. This is the only way that they can look absolutely genuine and nevertheless be affordable for a large number of customers. With the ordinary print layouts, however, this could not be done. Others may have been satisfied with this. We simply changed from printing lengthways to crossways.

Why are we always thinking of something new? Because we have a particularly creative and well-trained team. Because we are never satisfied with the first solution that comes to mind. Because we think outside the box in order to develop new ideas. Because we trust in our own abilities and because we love our products.

Just like cork, linoleum is a purely natural product. It consists of linseed oil - which comes

from flax seeds - with natural resins, limestone and wood dust. These raw materials form

the basis for the colourful, high-quality linoleum floors which we produce. Their durability

makes them suitable for heavy wear living areas or commercial areas with normal wear.

Sound absorption

Cork is used in many situations to reduce noise - just as it is in MEISTER cork flooring. The cork cushioning on the bottom of each plank combined with the cork surface makes it an exceptionally quiet floor. This applies both to the noise in the room and the footfall noise heard in rooms below.

MEISTER cork flooring doesn't just look great - it offers genuine living comfort, too. The natural cork

material makes it pleasantly warm to the feet, very quiet and gives it an elastic feel which benefits

the joints. The special surface treatment makes cork flooring particularly easy to care for, too. Another

plus point is its suitability for laying on subfloors with controlled hot water underfloor heating.

A natural talent

MEISTER cork flooring can be used in many different ways thanks to its modern appearance, its robustness and its excellent sound absorption properties. The fact that it is very pleasant to walk on even barefoot is thanks to the elasticity of this natural material which is easy on the joints. These stain-resistant and anti-bacterial floors are purely natural products and combine an attractive

appearance with a pleasant feel and good durability. Another advantage is their suitability for fitting

on subfloors with controlled hot water underfloor heating.

Ready to handle everyday wear and tear

Thanks to the special surface finish on our linoleum, many typical causes of stains leave no trace on these floors. Soft, standard chair casters do not leave any undesirable marks either. The stabilising cork floor backing reduces the noise caused in the room, and the footfall noise transmitted into rooms below, as well as providing an elasticity you can feel. MEISTER linoleum flooring is therefore perfect for offices or home workrooms. Of course, it is also excellent for other commercial areas or living rooms and bedrooms.

Colour maturity

Linoleum gets its correct hardness-elasticity ratio in the drying chamber. Linoleum flooring leaves the chamber with a light “yellow tinge” - the so-called drying chamber film. This film degenerates after laying. Sunlight makes the floor take on its original colour. The length of time this takes depends on the sunlight's intensity. It occurs more distinctively with light linoleum surfaces than with darker ones. So you should not be surprised when you take your newly purchased linoleum out of the carton. Your flooring needs a little time to find its colour.

Masterclic Plus end connection on cork flooring

The unique combination of the non-adhesive Masterclic Plus click system:| There are no protruding, difficult-to-handle tongues at the ends which could lead to an opening of a joint when lowering the plank.

| In contrast to the common “fold-down” laying methods, the ends do not lock in the moment the plank is laid.

| As soon as the next row of planks is laid, the Masterclic Plus click system is activated and its fixings lock automatically.

| The specially developed and patented profile geometry with height and side levelling secures the exact end positioning of the planks. This creates a pre-tension which ensures a durable joint lock.

| When disassembling the flooring, the Masterclic Plus connection can easily be pivoted out.

Simple, quick and secure to install without adhesive - the same applies to all our cork and linoleum

floors. Click systems ensure easy installation and are adapted to each floor's specific requirements and

Hamburg skirting boards

The traditional white “Hamburg” skirting board is mainly found in old buildings, but its profile provides a generous effect in modern surroundings too. We supply it in four profile heights: 60mm (Profile 10 PK), 80mm (Profile 11 PK), 100mm (Profile 12 PK) and 120mm (Profile 13 PK). Each can be used with any of our laminate floors. All of the skirting is available in white or with a white primer film which you can paint any colour you like.

Fixing clips

Moulding clips are popular simply because they are so practical. The mouldings can simply be clipped on and don’t have to be nailed down - and they offer space to hide cables. An extra plus: our fixing clips do not require wall plugs, saving you work. If you want to redecorate your room at a later stage you can quickly and easily unclip the mouldings before painting or wallpapering.

When using internal and external corners, achieving a precision mitre cut is no longer necessary. These were originally intended for our laminate collection and are now available in nine wood effects, white and stainless steel look. They can, of course, be combined with our real wood and cork profile mouldings.

Door stoppers

Requiring only an 8mm-deep screw hole and with its special angled design, this discrete door stopper secures all doors without locking the floating floor installation. This avoids undesirable tension.

Clip-on profiles

With these clip-on profiles, you can create flowing floor transitions with no visible screws. The profiles are available in five real wood veneers as well as one cork and two metal surfaces.

Clip-on profiles are available in a variety of colours including those shown.

“Flexo” clip-on transition profile

With its especially broad bottom profile, the new clip-on transition profile "Flexo" can be securely fitted to the sub-floor. Thanks to its patented swivel joint design, it adapts precisely to the height and angle of different flooring heights and absorbs movement from neighbouring floor coverings without ratcheting. This system guarantees simple fitting and removal of the covering profile. There are 41 decors to choose from, designed to match the laminate floor collections LD 300 | 20 Melango, LD 200 and LS 300, as well as three metal surfaces.

Universal stair profiles

Stairs can easily be covered using MEISTER flooring in combination with the right profiles. For parquet, veneer, laminate, cork and linoleum flooring.

Lighting and technical accessories - skilfully setting the scene for your flooring

LED recessed light

Our FLAT recessed lights really shine with their compact size and only 7mm installation depth. The FLAT mini is so small that it can be installed in a clip-on skirting board. Four easily interchangeable colour films provide variety and are also suitable for printed designs such as logos. You can operate 20 FLAT or ECO lights connected in series from one transformer. There is easily enough space for this in an existing recessed socket and no extra drilling is required.
