Byusha is a white distilled agave produced with the highest selection of the best agave, grown by

the best and most experienced in this agave farming tradition that requires a full understanding of

the earth and agave, as is needed for cultivation a great experience to look after these plants for

eight years time to full maturity, to be processed and subsequently res ult in the white distilled

agave our product base.

To obtain white distilled agaves are baked for 24 hours, the juice is extracted and deposited on

stainless steel vats to ferment for 72 hours, then passes stills where the distillate is removed by a

double distillation and Finally the white distilled agave is added with natural sweeteners and flavor

that give it a touch of unique flavor to our product.

The added elements (sweetener and flavor) are manufactured by companies recognized by the

"FDA" (Food and Drug Administration) of the United States of America, in order to achieve the
