Pe PP C20 boPP
Polyethylene, also know by the abbreviation PE is commonly used for making bags. It is easy to seal is resistant, transparent and recyclable.
Polyethylene Film:• Flexible and Stretchable• Puncture resistant• Chemically inert• Sterilization by radiation• Suitable for freezing (-40°C)• Suitable for food contact • 100% recyclable
Polypropylene, also known by the abbreviation PP is a very bright and clear film.
Cast polypropylene is characterised by:• Its Gloss• Its Transparency• Its stiffness • Its resistance to sterilisation• As a barrier to water vapour• Its chemical inertness • 100% recyclable
To meet the growing demand for eco-designed packaging, Flexico developed C20 Co-Ex film. The ideal alternative to PvC.
C20 Film offers:• A beautiful sheen and flexibility. • Excellent resistance to puncture and cold temperature. • A chlorine-free material inert to human health and the environment. • 100% recyclable plastic

K-SeAl (Stand-up)
This is the most common format for plastic bags.
The bottom of the bag is folded to add volume and also allows it to stand-up
The size is determined by the die that forms the base of the pouch. This format ensures rigidity of the pouch with the laminate structure protecting the contents.
This format differs from the Doypack® by it's construction of the stand-up base. It offers the same rigidity and content protection benefits.

PeT/Pe PeT/AlU/Pe PAPeR/AlU/Pe
A laminate of Polyester and Polyethylene. It has a good gas and moisture barrier with also good transparency to highlight the bag contents.
A combination of Polyester/Aluminium/Polyethylene which provides an excellent gas, aroma, moisture and Uv light barrier.
This triple laminate film combines the advantage of three materials. The naturalness and authenticity of kraft paper, the excellent gas, aroma, moisture and Uv barrier of aluminium and a PE sealing layer.
lAmiNATE mATERiAlS
PeTMet/CPP PeT Met/Pe
The combination of Metallised Polyester/Cast PP provides a visually attractive pack with a face of brilliant and transparent PP and PETmet back. It has a good moisture barrier.
The metallised PET has a brilliant effect and is opaque. Laminated to PE this film has a good gas and moisture barrier.
