As far as Tradecorp is concerned, ensuring that themicronutrients it manufactures are of top quality andreducing risks to the environment are an absolute pri-

ority. As a result, Tradecorp isresearching and analysing the lateststate-of-the art processes for manu-facturing chelates and other specialfertilizers in its own productionplants, located in Avila and Albacete(Spain).

All Tradecorp products are subjected tothe strictest quality controls through-out the development, manufacturingand marketing processes. Periodic testsare conducted throughout the entireproduct manufacturing process. Thisensures that we can guarantee that theend-product is tip-top quality.

An example of Tradecorp’s comittment to Quality andEnvironment is the implementation of quality systems.During 2005 the company accomplished the process ofimplementing an Integrated Quality and EnvironmentalManagement System in accordance with the ISO9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards. This led tothe achievement of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004,through the Norwegian entity Det Norske Veritas.

Our R+D department employs qualified personnelwho are in charge of evaluating and analysing all newproducts and finding new areas of research which willenable us to develop useful and innovative formulae inthe future.

Therefore, Tradecorp is one of the few companies inthe world which is able to synthesise and manufacturethe EDDHA chelating agent.

Because we are aware of the current problemsfarmers are facing we have a complete, diversi-fied and differentiated catalogue with high-quality products and innovative solutions pack-ages for the farmer. We develop specific nutritionschedules for each crop, depending on require-ments and local agronomic conditions, observingall good farming practices. We have six productlines: chelates (e.g. EDDHA, EDTA, DTPA), humicacids, bio-stimulants and amino acids, liquid andfoliar fertilizers, concentrated suspensions andspecial correctors.

Tradecorp Ca

Range of different micronutrients chelated by chemical synthesis with EDTA and DTPA, for soil and foliar application, to correct and prevent variousmicronutrients deficiencies. The micro-granular appearance guarantees homogeneity, easy dissolution and maximum quality.

One of the most outstanding features of Tradecorp’s range of chelates is their excellent solubility and the fact that they come in microgranules, thus ensur-ing uniform composition, particle size, density and colour. On the other hand, the fact that they are highly stable in the soil, provide excellent amount ofmetal chelated and have optimal trace elements contents ensure that the growers obtain better levels of crop production and quality.

The chelating agent EDDHA is acknowledged to be the most effective and stable agent for correcting iron chlorosis. The constant improvements made tothe manufacturing process have enabled Tradecorp to achieve an optimal percentage of the ortho-ortho isomer, which ensures the persistence on the field,and ideal levels of the ortho-para isomer, which ensures that it can perform rapidly.
