Casual New Hire Request Form This form is to be used ONLY for employees who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Appointments lasting less than 3 months; Employed on an intermittent basis; No regularly scheduled hours of work; Employed under an arrangement where they may elect to work or not when requested to do so.

Casual Employees are paid on the bi-weekly payroll. Information on how to pay casual employees can be found on the HR website
