The Abbiati Company is privately owned by the Abbiati family and is based in Turin, Italy. Abbiati Casino Equipment has been in business in excess of 30 years and has had its professional articles for Casinos since 1976. Abbiati has built up an international reputation and client base with almost every county and city that offers legalized gaming.

The company is on two sites within 50 metres from each other; one housing Office, Show Room and Production facilities and the other is used for assemblage and storage; with the option of expansion on both sites. Abbiati Casino Equipment’s main business is manufacturing and supplying Casino based equipment as used in live gaming: Roulette Wheels, Tables, Value Chips, Plaques and Jetons and all styles of gaming layouts (table felts) together with technical back up of full CAD design and technical services. Our manufacturing facility is split into three main sections, all located under the same roof:

- Chips and Plaques are manufactured with the latest injection moulding machines, incorporating the latest RFID Technology using 13.56 MHz with PJM.

- Table and Roulette Wheel manufacture and assembly incorporate our CNC machining processes

to ensure quality and precision, along with Layout (table felts) design and printing department for both wool and synthetic products.

- Electronic departments for the assemblage of Winning Number Displays, Laser Wheels and Independent electronic levelling systems for Roulette wheels.

All our manufacturing processes are supported by our Graphic and CAD Design department, to ensure Italian Quality and Design. Quality, Service and Security are prime objectives for the Abbiati Company, which has secure rooms and high surveillance for the final assembly of the value chips incorporating RFID. Quality and Security

Quality control is an essential ingredient in the production of Cartamundi casino playing cards. Rigorous quality control starts with pre-production checks on all incoming materials.

Throughout the printing process, are used several unique and high end control systems. During card making and packaging procedures, extra steps are taken to reassure the quality of the products. The quality inspection is done throughout the entire production process, using card counting units, check weighers and vision systems.

Security is as important as Quality that’s why we are able to guarantee and ensure the integrity of every order:

• 100% inhouse production• automatic printing inspection• production checks on completeness of decks• secure tuckbox packaging with safety seal• secure outer carton with safety seal• secure warehouses.

Plastic and Paper Cards

The 100% plastic cards are produced in high quality PVC and are internationally recognized for their exclusive properties which guarantees smooth handling, long durability, soft touch and better performance in shuffling machines.

Cartamundi’s paper cards for casinos are produced on high quality coated paper, non transparent, non-toxic and recyclable. The cards are made of unique prelinen paper, which reduces friction and increases gliding and durability.Smooth finish is available upon request.Cartamundi cards are compatible with available shufflers and generic intelligent shoes.

Cartamundi casino cards are produced in standard market size: 63 x 88 mm - poker size.The faces are printed in pantone colours: black, blue, yellow and red. The colour red of the card faces can be re-produced in two different options, casino red and cherry red.

Other sizes and designs can also be offered upon request. Also, a custom Ace of Spades with special design on it can be provided.

EXTRA SECURITY MEASURES

Customized barcoded cards: playing cards with barcode are available. Ideal for online/live casinos.

Invisible ink: code, batchnumber or logo in invisible ink can be printed on every card. Invisible ink can only be seen in ultraviolet light.

Techart faces: these faces are compatible with the three most popular optical scanners:TechArt MAXTime®, No Peek 21® and Hole Card Reader System.

RFID technology: RFID is the most advancedtechnology for your casino. The chip inside the cards allows you to read the card immediately, without the need for well positioned cameras.Cartamundi standard RFID cards are compatible with Mifare Ultralight technology and ISO 14443 A standard.

The guarantee cards and the jokers are partially printed on the back. You can easily see which cards are not playable.On the back of the guarantee card is a number, which garantuees the traceability of our product.

The card back can be personalized by adding a logo to the design. The logo, in the colour of the card back, can be placed in oval, round or square shapes.Logos and/or text should be vectorised.We accept following files:

1) Further to a wide range of standard back designes both for paper and plastic playing cards, we can create a unique design according each customer needs, making sure that both quality and security requirements are fullfilled.

2) The bleeding off designs are only available on paper cards, not on plastic.
