CLIENT BACKGROUND
The client is a large, publicly traded company with nearly
20,000 employees and world-wide operations.

Salesforce Knowledge.

CHALLENGE
The organization was using Knova KM, a knowledge management
system, and AuthorIT which together stored nearly 15,000 pieces of
content. The organization had moved to Salesforce and needed to
migrate the content to Salesforce Knowledge.
Premios conducted an initial audit and estimated that to manually migrate
each article, it would take between 5 and 20 minutes per article, resulting
in approximately 2,500 hours spent handling the migration.
