The lateral tooth, #22 has a very short root, high mobility, which means no pain . Treatment option: a screw retained restoration over an implant. Treatment sequence: tooth was extracted and immediate implant placement was performed using MGUIDE, MIS V3 3,90 x 11,50mm implant, filling the depression on the buccal side of #22 with a Connective Tissue Graft taken from the upper palatal area and delayed loading. Provisional restoration is a Maryland bridge between 21 and 23. After 4 months of osseointegration, a screw retained crown was placed for #22 as well as a composite filling on # 23.
