BIG’s extensive links with the Scottish media positions KPMG spokespeople as the ‘need to ask’ experts on financial and business issues.
Our comprehensive journalist contact programme has built a solid media profile for the firm’s partners, positioning them as authoritative and insightful commentators.
what we did
BIG developed creative campaigns to highlight KPMG’s experience and expertise across the public and private sectors, including the firm’s quarterly insolvency report and annual dealmakers survey
what we did
Increasing the firm’s exposure to the wider public, BIG promoted a charity event where KPMG staff worked in Barnardo’s stores for a day.
As well as raising significant money for Barnardo’s, the event generated substantial media coverage for KPMG in national newspapers, online and on radio.
end result
Working closely with KPMG’s national and regional press offices, we use our extensive network of press contacts to position KPMG at the forefront of Scottish media coverage.
In 2011, KPMG enjoyed a third of Big Four coverage in Scottish media (12/10 – 11/11), with KPMG spokespeople quoted every three days.
BIG has secured KPMG coverage on the BBC News Channel and Newsnight, as well as front page news in The Herald, Scotsman, Press & Journal, and industry publication CA Magazine.
