Abu Dhabi General Services “Musanada” was established by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa
bin Zayed Al Nahyan in December 2007 as a shared service company serving the Government of Abu Dhabi. Musanada is an integral component of the Emirate’s vision of becoming one of the top governments in the world and contributes directly to the goal of “World Class shared services to the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi”.
Musanada’s shared services are grouped across 3 domains; Building Services,
Technology Services and Business Support Services. Its core mission focuses on bringing together and providing services that are common to multiple entities by establishing and managing the efficient, effective and economic delivery of support services to the Government of Abu Dhabi.

1. Municipality of Abu Dhabi (ADM) The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City was established in 1962 as the "Department of Abu Dhabi Municipality and Town Planning". In 1969, a royal decree was issued to appoint the first municipal board for the city of Abu Dhabi, with the task of providing comprehensive services to the public and ensure proper planning of the developing city, with regularized road networks, maintenance services, sewerage, lighting works, launching the Agriculture Development Plan in the Emirate and establishing public markets in various areas. In line with the policies of the government which aim at making Abu Dhabi a modern capital city, it is Municipality of Abu Dhabi City's priority to create an ideal living environment for city residents, with unmatched quality of life and modern amenities. ADM is currently having manpower of around 2200 + who are providing their services to the nation.

2. Department of Economic Development (DED)
The Department of Economic Development is responsible for proposing the
economic and commercial policy of Abu Dhabi Emirate and preparing the
plans and programmes required for implementing this policy.
With the assistance of around 700+ employees, DED provides commercial
licensing and trade name registration, along with conducting necessary
studies, to encourage and promote the private sector. It also participates in
Economic and Trading seminars and conferences locally and internationally.
Project Scope
To develop a recruitment solution based on the existing widely used Abu Dhabi
Jobs 'Career Portal' as well as the Oracle standard i-Recruitment module.
To deliver an Oracle Learning Management System for Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipal Affairs (DMA), Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), Al Ain Municipality (AAM) & Western Region Municipality (WRM).
To implement a Payroll engine enabling FDF (Family Development Foundation) to automate its payroll process.
To built various events in EBIZ which can automatically send SMS to the concerned employees once an action has been taken.
Entire recruitment process was handled and tracked manually
