Business Operation Model
Have a project that needed to start yesterday & don’t have time to build a team? Web-Hawks IT can quickly assemble project strike teams to tackle common technical pro-jects: From web portals, to mobile applications to testing teams to documentation. We leverage the latest thinking in modern agile methodologies, Dev-Ops best practices, & the power of continuous delivery to ensure effective communication & consistent, timely, reliable results.
Projects are an excellent, low-risk investment that can be used to evaluate the viability of a longer-term TeamSourcing-like relationship.
The WebHawks IT flagship service, TeamSourcing, enables clients in the developed world to hire top tier engineering talent for a fraction of the cost. Unlike most offshore vendors, WebHawks IT does not manage a “bench” of semi-experienced engineers look-ing for project work. Instead, we source seasoned bilingual technical talent from estab-lished corporations throughout Southeast Asia. These staff works closely with your local team on your time zone.
For partners with clients who could benefit from both TeamSourcing & Local-Sourcing, there is PartnerSourcing. PartnerSourcing allows WebHawks IT part-ners to resell TeamSourcing or LocalSourcing services to their clients. Partners provide value as the main interface to clients, which allow WebHawks IT to focus on development & on-going management of the TeamSourced or Local-Sourced team.
Leveraging experience crafting digital solutions for clients around the globe, the Web-Hawks Labs R&D team is hard at work cobbling together next-generation ERP solu-tions. Be sure to let us know if you would like to learn more!

Communication
We believe the most critical part to be become successful in business is the communication. Moreover, communication not only the verbal, but the balance according to the needs of the business is very crucial when it is distant business management. Most books about organizing outsourcing processes place emphasis on the quality of communication as the key to success. To avoid a bundle of problems we do our utmost to keep tight communication with our customers during the entire development period.
Achieving a decent level of communication in the Internet age is incredibly easy and the
variety of communication methods is impressive:
• Instant Messengers (Skype); Viber; WhatsApp; FB messenger; Google Hang Out • Project Management Systems (JIRA, dotProject, Terello, ASANA etc.)• Version Control (GIT, SVN, Bitbucket, Maven, Gulp )• DevOps: Jenkins, Bamboo, Team City, Travis CI, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack. • Bug Tracking Systems (Bugzilla, etc.)• Automated Testing: jUnit, Golint, Findbugs, Proctector, Cucumber, Saus Labs, Selenium, Sauce Labs, KitchenCI, Apachebench, Gauntlt, Mittn• Artifact Repository: Gdrive, OneDrive, Artifactory, Nexus, Bintray, Dockerhub, Amazon S3• Deployment/Release: Rundeck, Urbancode, Thoughtworks, Deployinator• Reporting Systems (for keeping track on what’s going on and for billing purposes)
• Regular phone/Skype calls and Physical visits
We normally use a visiting scheme where both the customer & our engineers meet each
other several times during the project life cycle.
