Nestlé had high standards when looking for a site for its Northern China Distribution Centre to service 23 of its business units.

Brookfield managed the installation of a cold-storage cell and specialised racking systems on a build to suit basis.

Nestlé selected the Brookfield Beichen facility as the efficient layout; construction quality and advantageous location will allow it to cost effectively meet the demands of its growing China business over the long-term.

Nestlé also recognises Brookfield’s ability to provide a high level of service in expediting the additional tailored fit-out work and responding effectively to the client’s timeline.
