The event featured VIP experiences, race car drivers and fun for all ages.

Along with featuring some of the world’s most coveted luxury and high-performance vehicles – Maserati, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Lexus, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and others – the showcase also offered a variety of high-end culinary, fashion and kid-friendly events. The Trade Group donated labor, graphic design services, tents, portable climate-controlled buildings and plenty of comfortable spaces to sit down, grab a refreshment, relax and chat with friends and event sponsors. Highlights included:

Three Branded AirClad StructuresTTG donated three portable buildings from its AirClad Fast Architecture rental fleet: Two 10’x10’ OiOs and one larger XPO6x5. With a modern design, easy setup, climate control and branding options inside and out – AirClad structures are ideal for outdoor VIP events. Each unit was customized with branded graphics and other personal touches throughout.

• Lexus-Mercedes Benz-Porsche Racing Teams OiOGraphics with the racing team’s branding wrappedthe exterior of this OiO, which was a draw forautograph seekers at the event. The interior featured afloor-to-ceiling graphic of a race track and provided aprivate space for the race car drivers to take a break inair conditioned comfort. TTG also provided a blackreception counter out front, so the drivers had adedicated space to sign autographs.

• Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children OiO

A sponsor of the Kids’ Concourse at the event,Scottish Rite’s OiO was wrapped in brandedgraphics on the exterior. TTG customized theinterior by paying homage to the childrenScottish Rite serves with a floor-to-ceiling graphicdepicting the interior of the hospital and colorfulpillows and playful kid-friendly accent pieces throughout.

• The Trade Group XPO Lounge and Gallery

TTG’s XPO and surrounding space was a big drawat the event, because plenty of comfortable seatingwas available. Guests were delighted that the TTG team was giving away free bottled water at thecustom, white, rounded bar set up outside. The unit itself was wrapped with branded graphics andwas open on both ends to enable airflow. The interior was designed to resemble an art gallery, where visitors could view “artwork” featuring the AirClad Fast Architecture line. Faux hardwood flooring inside, faux brick flooring outside and touches of greenery – inside and out – further elevated the spaces.

Pristine, white tents were customized with each of the luxury automobile brands’ logos on the top and inside back. TTG also donated four comfy chairs, a table and reception counter for each space.

Thirteen branded tents for the auto manufacturers and Park Place Dealerships.

Sixty+ Blofield Smart Chairs.

To take comfortable seating to a new level, TTG donated more than sixty Blofield Smart

Chairs to be used at the event. Guests could “take a seat” at the auto manufacturers’ tents

and at the TTG XPO and outdoor lounge. These innovative chairs work great for upscale,

outdoor events because they inflate in less than a minute, remain stable on nearly any

surface and look high-end due to waterproof seats that look and feel like real leather

Mission Accomplished.

• $30K for Momentous Institute • Modern, outdoor, VIP environment that exceeded expectations• Let’s do it again next year! Both VIP and general admission tickets for the Showcase sold out prior to the event, which allowed Park Place Dealerships and its sponsors to meet their goal of a $30,000 donation to Momentous Institute. Park Place was so pleased with the turnout and its successful, worry-free collaboration with The Trade Group, that they are already making plans for next year. Following the event, Liz Shafton, Senior Marketing Manager at Park Place Dealerships shared, “Your support truly elevated our event.
