Staff Absence Statistics (1)• Enables us to look at absence patterns of

individual staff and allows us to make arrangements to minimise effects

• Enables us to look at other planned staff commitments i.e. school visits, training etc to minimise these staff missing further days and allows us to prevent these staff missing the same days

(data examined each fortnight or monthly)

missed certain classes and allows us to place subject specialists in these classes from rota or subs to minimise disruption (fortnightly)

• Enables us to see if a student has been covered in a large number of classes over all subjects and may trigger extra support or inform parental interviews etc. (as necessary).
