Nandolia Organic Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed Industry in the manufacturing and supplying of Industrial Chemicals,

Fine Chemicals, Intermediate, Aromatic Chemicals, API Intermediate, Pigments in India. The vast experience has earned the

company a prestigious position in its business eld and its products are well received in the market.

Nandolia Organic Chemicals has two aeration tanks with size of 5m W x 10m L x3m LD + 0.5m FB that treat ow of 50 m3/day from the manufacture of Aromatic Chemicals, API Intermediate and Pigments.

Challenges

Nandolia Organic Chemicals: was facing huge challenges with sludge settlement and outlet result with Surface Aerators. In

order to avoid those problems Nandolia even added diffusers for collective result but diffusers wedged very fast and entire

effort went in vain.

And After few months Nandolia found sludge settlement approx. 30% of over total volume. This was becomes big concern for

them and they have started searching the best solution to arrest this issue.

Solution

Nandolia Organic Chemicals partnered with us (Eurotek Environmental Pvt Ltd) with the expectation of seize

their biggest concern. We have visited the customer place to understand the actual concern with the plant and its

existing technology.

After various analysis and discussions we have authenticated the customer concern and as a solution we installed 2 Nos. x 10 HP Triton into the plant in the year on 2015.
