I am so looking forward to seeing you on the weekend. The Case Studies residential is one major factor in setting MNU apart from any other nutrition course in the world! My ethos when creating the content for this weekend was to send you away competent enough to start your own practice; having jumped many stages ahead of where I once started. Having not only knowledge but a ‘feel’ for how that knowledge is applied to another human being, sitting in front of you, asking for your help. You will quickly realise that the format of this weekend is immensely interactive and practical. I hope the insight this gives you will mean you leave feeling confident enough to actually action the skills and techniques that you have not only learnt but also practiced during the weekend.

By Air... East Midlands Airport is 22 miles away from Eastwood Hall and a ‘Skylink’ bus link runs every 20-

minutes to Nottingham Town Centre.

By Train... The nearest train station is Langley Mill which has direct routes from Nottingham and is located 1.5

miles from Eastwood Hall.

By Bus... There are several buses that operate from Nottingham (Centrelink / #14/ Green Line 8 & Rainbow One)

this trip is 1 hour long. Travelling from Derby (The Comet & Rainbow One) takes 1 hour 15 minutes)

By Taxi... Local taxi companies are:

By Car... Eastwood Hall, Nottingham can be easily accessed by Junction 26 of the M1. Parking is extensive and

free for guests of the hotel and conference venue.

SATURDAY/SUNDAY LUNCH, 3-COURSE DINNER & ACCOMMODATION

- Your lunch* will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday

- On the Saturday night, there is also a 3-course dinner* and relaxed evening social

- Accommodation on the Saturday night is included. To check-in to your accommodation, simply

provide your name at reception

- We encourage you to make use of the Leisure and Spa Facilities at Eastwood Hall, so don’t

forget your gym/swimming kit!
