kW
This apartment has reduced with 15% the energy consumption after the first year of being thermo-insulated
EE Project in Fier Outcomes
Theoretical energy improvement up to 40-50% (energy losses), while the economic up to 1% (electricity bills).
Gv reduction from 1.8 to 0.63 (W/m3 ºC) (standard 0.59)
The intervention brings improvement living comfort and potentially increases house value.
Investments for energy infrastructure: 2400Euro/family – are they affordable for all families?
Economical and energy benefits are considerable but not enough to fully attract interest.
