Is it right for employees to speculate on Manuel’s possible moves the next time around? Are there obvious reasons for their speculations? Why? For some reasons I too may speculate on Manuel’s possible moves next time and yes, there is an obvious reasons for their speculations, because every time the incident occur again Manuel was always there as per the witnesses. 3. Is Lilia right that Manuel’s presence is only circumstantial or pure coincidence? Yes it is pure coincidence because even though their speculation became solid for what they have discovered on his past, their lacking of evidence for they didn’t caught it on the act, literally. 4. Is Lilia right in hiring Manuel in the first place? Yes, Lilia was right on hiring Manuel on the first place, it is a good thing for Lilia to show Manuel that he is not being discriminated just because he was a convicted felon and also for giving him a chance to a straight path. 5. What will you do if you were Lilia? Maybe I will check the security tapes of the surveillance cameras inside the firm if there’s any. Maybe I will transfer Manuel on the other department and keep an eye on him so that his every move will be closely watched.

There is always a resistance to change because some of them cannot accept the fact that new innovation will always come up and old models will be as reference, and some resistance cannot bear and readily wanting to learn new because there are already satisfied of what they have gained now.

2. What should the training group do?The training group should continue the program but the early retirement of the senior group is not necessary because even though their firm will embrace a new technology yet it is not fully upgraded into a new technology, some old technology will be left so that the firm will not totally shutdown upon change of technology and the senior group has the advantages on handling the old technology.

How would the group convince the middle-aged and senior employees to attend the training program?They can convince the middle-aged and senior employees to attend the training program by giving them benefits that can be useful on their behalves, and don’t give them threat that can discouraged them just like retirement, some seniors can easily cope up with the new technology.

Edward was change because of the responsibilities given to him that was coming one by one in a short manner that he is not readily yet to hold.

2. Is it normal to feel that way?Depending on the situation maybe, Edward would not feel this way if he can manage his time well and ask help to his subordinate in their company to assist him on the stressful job to come.

3. How can he handle stress?He can handle stress by sharing his thoughts to his teammates, asking ideas if his an open minded that accepts suggestions to others, also not to take it seriously.

4. What should Gwen do to help Edward?She should talk to Edward and ask him if is it possible for him to take a leave, for him to unwind so that it cannot lead to a nervous breakdown.
