Since no evidence would be received, the second alternative was adopted and discussion and argument pursued with particular emphasis on that part of the Court's plan regarding Wards 2 and 3 (those schools in Cheneyville, Forest Hill, Poland and Lecompte). The beginning of the 1980-81 school session was imminent and the drafting of a final written order containing revised student attendance zones would require considerable delay.
