SUPPLEMENT TO THE FINAL FEE APPLICATION OF WOMBLE CARLYLE SANDRIDGE & RICE, LLP FOR COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES AS
COUNSEL TO THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS
Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (“WCSR”),2 as counsel to the
Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) of Revstone
Industries, LLC (“Revstone”), one of the above-captioned debtors and debtors-in-
possession (collectively, the “Debtors”), submits its supplemental fee and expense
statement, and respectfully states as follows:
1. On August 24, 2015, WCSR filed the Final Fee Application of
Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP for Compensation for Services Rendered
and Reimbursement of Expenses as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured
Creditors for the Period December 17, 2012, through and including June 24, 2015
(Docket No. 2284) (the “Final Application”).

2. The deadline to object to the Final Application was September 11,
2015. A certificate of no objection was filed on September 25, 2015 (Docket No.
2320).
3. To date, a hearing on the Final Application has not been scheduled.
4. A portion of the fees and expenses included in the Final Application
was attributable to an estimate for fees and expenses to be incurred in connection
with transitioning the cases to the post-confirmation litigation trust, the preparation
of the Committee’s professionals’ final fee applications, and attending any hearing
on such final fee appplications, for which entries had not yet been made to WCSR’s
accounting system.3 Specifically, in the Final Application, WCSR included an
estimate of $50,000.00 for such fees and expenses. WCSR is now able to provide
the precise amounts of such additional fees and expenses for which WCSR will also
seek approval through the Final Application.
5. Attached hereto as Exhibit 1 are detailed time and expenses entries
describing the additional services performed by each professional and additional
expenses incurred, in the aggregate amount of $37,930.55 in fees and $272.64 in
expenses incurred through Septmber 25, 2015. WCSR reserves its rights to further
supplement this time and expense detail to the extent that additional fees and
expenses are incurred and/or entered into the firm’s billing system.
WHEREFORE, WCSR respectfully requests that it be granted final approval
of compensation for professional services performed by WCSR in the amount of

$3,856,025.59, together with reimbursement of its actual and necessary expenses in
the amount of $184,058.43, for a total of $4,040,084.02, and (iii) such further relief
as the Court may deem just and proper.
