Land Loading Arm

Provide the truck and rail car loading arm

for the chemical market since 1994.

With the capability to design and

manufacture all kinds of land loading arms.

The arms could be used to load and unload

any liquide products, such as gasoline ,

diesel oil, heavy oil, alkalescent media,

hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sewage etc.

This is the most common style

used around china for loading

the trucks and rail cars, it can be

operated easily and neatly. Now

it’s widely used in oil transporting

station and chemical factory. it

mainly consists of the base riser,

inboard arm, outboard arm, drop

pipe, balance system and so on.

T02 & T03 Truck Loading Arm

TYPE T02 The inlet flange direction of this

arm is upward.

Other structures are same with

type T01.

TYPE T03 This style arm is typically used

to unload trucks or railcars, and

it can also be used to load .

The structure is different from

the previous two styles. .

Loading Arm With Vapor Return Pipe

This is the basic loading arm with vapor return.

It incorporates a liquid compatible hose to

carry vapors back to the outlet flange. it can

often be used to load some volatile and

noxious products, vapors are collected via a

sealing hood which can be externally lining in

Viton or EPDM to improve sealing qualities.

The balance system incorporate an pneumatic

control cylinder to ensure the sealing hood

pressing onto the manhole as a precondition

before loading.

This style loading arm is specially desi-

gned for loading barrel on the truck, the-

re is a oil gun at the end of the arm, the

operator holds the oil gun to load the

barrel.

It has two models: DN50 and DN40.

Jacket Pipeline Loading Arm

This is a new product in our company,its structure is special, both

the swivel joint and pipeline are jacket structure, the return vapor

can pass through the jacket to the outlet flange, the advantage is

the operation is easier than the loading arm with return vapor pipe,

it can be operated as a single pipeline loading arm.

Pneumatic Control Submerging Pump Unloading Arm

This style unloading arm can often

be used to unload gasoline, diesel

oil and some light oil, it can avoid the

product pressure in the pipeline

lower than the critical gas saturated

when the environment temperature is

high in hot area. It’s a pneumatic

control system, so 0.4-0.6Mpa air

supply is required at the site.

Hydraulic Control Submerging Pump Unloading Arm

The efficiency of the hydraulically

powered unloading arm is higher

than the pneumatically powered.

But it required a electric power

supply at site, the hydraulic station

can be put on or bellow the platform.

Bottom Loading Arm

Utilize a common base riser, the bottom loading arm has a liquid and vapor return

line for side or rear connections to the tank truck.

It usually be used for the LPG or Ammonia products, it can be fitted with quick

release coupler which will enhance safety and environmental protection.

Automatic Tower Loading Arm

This style is specially designed for

automatically control system of the

truck or railcar loading arm.

It can make the loading operation

automatically, and there will be very

large market in China in the future.

DN200 Automatically Control

Tower Loading Arm The railcar tower loading arm consists of a

bridge loading arm, a dragging vehicle

and a control system. It take only 4 min. to

load a railcar tanker, after finishing one

tanker loading, the dragging vehicle can

drags total 12 tankers to move to the next

position, all operations are controlled

automatically and quickly.

PS Folding Stairs and Single Platform

The range of folding stairs has been

developed to ensure the operator

safely go from platform to the tanker.

It can be divided into 1,2,3,4,5 steps.

Its spring cylinder counterbalance

design provides simple and easy

handling of the unit in any positions.

This single platform is designed for truck loading arm. It

can be equipped with two or three loading arms and two

folding stairs. The plateform is a web cage, it can avoid

the water, snow and oil accumulating.
