ProposalCASC is a growing organization with a plethora of eager student leaders. We would like to host a fourth general assembly to help equip our delegates with the necessary leadership skills to succeed. This would require additional funding and support from the Board of Education.
Ideally, CASC would like full SMOB voting rights. But we would like to gain partial voting rights to allow the SMOB to vote at the discretion of the Superintendent. By earning partial voting rights, it would increase student input and establish a foundation to work towards full voting rights.
