Host your next business meeting or event at beautiful Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens! The historic estate has various spaces available to accommodate any type of event including small meetings, lectures and parties.

CAPACITY

Casa Romantica can accommodate groups up to 150 people.

Main Salon: 110 Seated; 150 Standing

Courtyard: 150 Seated (Courtyard can be tented to accommodate inclement weather - additional fees will apply)

Ocean Terrace: 50 Seated; 150 Standing

RATES

Rental rates include the use of the site for up to 4 hours, tables, chairs, linens, set-up and break drown, site supervisor for the duration of the event and cleaning fees. Rental time can be increased at the cost of $250 per half hour or part thereof.

RATEMonday - Thursday $2,750 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays November - April $3,850 May - October $5,250

CATERING

Catering is provided by our exclusive vendors, and not included in the rental fee. Please contact the vendor directly for detailed pricing and menu options.

RENTALS

The following rentals are included: 60 inch round tables, linens, chairs and basic place settings. Rentals may be upgraded through our exclusive catering company for an additional fee. Client is responsible for all additional rentals.

VALET

For events that exceed fifty (50) guests, valet service is required. Please contact the vendor directly for pricing.
